House of BLK makes every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the actual product. All fragrance descriptions are intended for informational purposes and reflect our best assessment of each scent profile.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. House of BLK does not store your full payment card details. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment received will be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. House of BLK is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from House of BLK pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted, small batch, and sensory nature of our products, House of BLK does not accept returns or exchanges on any item, opened or unopened.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.

Custom Scent Blending Services

Custom scent blending orders require a consultation and may have longer production and delivery timelines. All custom blend orders are final sale. House of BLK will work closely with you to achieve your desired result, but cannot guarantee an exact match to a reference scent described verbally.

By submitting a custom blending inquiry, you agree to our consultation process and acknowledge that revisions may be limited based on the agreed scope.

Wholesale Inquiries

Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms are provided upon inquiry and may vary by product and order size. Wholesale accounts are subject to approval. House of BLK reserves the right to decline any wholesale application without providing a reason.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product names, fragrance formulations, and brand assets, is the property of House of BLK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.
