IFRA Compliant
Every formula is built within International Fragrance Association guidelines. Each material is screened against current IFRA standards for safe use at the intended concentration.
Skin-Safe Formulation
Custom perfumes are formulated to be skin-safe at their delivery concentration. All carriers and ethanol are cosmetic-grade and batch-tracked from source to flacon.
Allergy Transparency
Declared allergens are listed for every blend. Share any sensitivities in your inquiry and your formula will be adapted to avoid triggering materials before it is ever made.
Patch-Test Guidance
Every order ships with patch-test instructions. We recommend testing on the inner forearm 24 hours before first full wear, especially for sensitive skin.
Have a specific sensitivity or medical concern? Note it in your inquiry or consultation and we will confirm material safety before production begins.
What to Expect
Custom Blend Terms
Handmade fragrance is different. These terms help you know exactly what goes into your custom order and when to expect it.
Payment Is Non-Refundable
The custom fragrance service payment is non-refundable, with no exceptions. Once formulation begins, services have been rendered and payment is forfeited. Please review all service terms before committing to your payment.
Production Time
Custom perfumery takes time. Some materials can take weeks to arrive, and once your fragrance is formulated it needs time to marry, mature, and cure properly. Please allow up to 60 days from formulation to finished fragrance.
Shipping & Material Orders
Our materials are expensive, and between shipping costs and tariffs, ordering every ingredient individually can get ridiculous. So rather than passing those costs on to you, we place material orders twice a month and group them together. That means your order may need to wait for our next material order depending on when you place it. Once your fragrance is ready, it ships to your door.
The Perfumer Adjusts Ratios
This is not a fragrance pulled off a shelf. Briana formulates each scent herself around your taste, your mood, and the notes you love. If any of your chosen notes clash, she will adjust the ratios to make sure your blend is balanced and beautiful.
Sample Approval & Changes
During the process, you will be shipped a sample of your blend for approval before the final bottle is poured. You may request up to 2 changes to the formula after reviewing your sample. Any additional changes will incur additional fees, as each revision requires additional materials and labor to reformulate and re-sample your blend.
Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable
Because every custom blend is formulated and hand-poured just for you, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. If anything is wrong with your order when it arrives, reach out and we will make it right.
The bespoke service is regularly $350 for a 50ml bottle. Through the end of the year, it is offered at $75 while we rebuild our materials and inventory. Pricing will return to its regular rate after that.
