Due to the handcrafted, small batch, and sensory nature of our products, House of BLK does not accept returns or exchanges. Every order is considered final at the time of purchase.
Why No Returns
Our perfumes, incense, and fragrance products are personal, intimate, and made to be experienced on your skin and in your space. For the safety and integrity of every customer, we cannot restock or resell any item once it has left our studio.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or resolution.
