  • Local Shipping (United States):
    We offer standard and expedited shipping within the U.S. through trusted carriers.

  • International Shipping:
    We currently ship worldwide to select regions. At checkout, available shipping options will be displayed based on your location.


Shipping Zones

  • Domestic: All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • International: Select countries in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. If your region is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.


Shipping Costs

  • Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (when applicable, details will be announced on promotions).


Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs may add delays)

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: Due to the nature of our artisanal goods, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: If you receive the wrong product, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.

  • Damages & Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
